This was a really fun project that I worked on with my architecture firm ZeroEnergy.com  Even though it was way more affordable than the house we did in Truro this project still had a construction budget of more than $600,000.  It was at this point that I realized that privately commissioned architecture is rarely affordable and that if I wanted to reach the low end of the market I would need a different business model.
