Real Estate Projects

I spent about four years turning an empty lot in the Jamaica Plain area of Boston into a three-unit apartment building.  It was a long, stressful project but ultimately resulted in a home base that I truly love and am very proud of.  This loft provided me another location in which to build and film, allowing me to explore new types of DIY projects, such as the spiral staircase, barn doors, and DIY kitchen projects.  Vice Media came in and shot a segment for a show they were doing on the future of homes.
